POETRY OF CONSCIOUSNESS: "ROADSIDE CHAOS" BY MAYENDE

They jump on the road, causing a fuss,

Howling, harassing, making a fuss.

Police, customs, all forms in a line,

Making journeys a slow, tedious climb.

Advantages and drawbacks, they bring,

A roadside chaos, a complicated fling.

The poet persona laments over the road issues and especially slow traffic which Public Officer for Legal Investigations and Criminal Emergencies (POLICE) cause on roads where they function.
